Haflinger Canada - Return Policy
YOUR SATISFACTION IS ESSENTIAL TO US.
You have 30 days to return items that do not meet your expectations.
Our #1 priority is your happiness. LOVE your shoes or your money back! We take great pride in the superior quality and craftsmanship of our brands. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason, you are not absolutely delighted with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the purchase price.
To be eligible for refund/credit, footwear must be returned unworn in its pristine original condition and packaging. All packages, including original cartons, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit (including any applicable sales tax) to the original form of payment used. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. You will receive an e-mail conﬁrmation once we have processed your return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
Due to the unique nature of our business and related matters of hygiene, worn footwear may not be returned except in the unlikely event of a defect in product quality, construction or workmanship. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.

Purchase your item of choice and if you change your mind, or it doesn't fit right you can return it at our expense.
RETURNS ARE EASY AND CONVENIENT.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their Haflinger product from www.haflingercanada.com website.
Every customer wishing to return an item will receive a Canada Post return label, you will not have to pay anything at the post office.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM BY MAIL.
When shipping the item back via Canada Post the item must be unworn, in the original shoe box with a copy of your invoice. Shoe box must be enclosed in a protective shipping carton. If return specifications are not met, we will not be able to properly process your return.
We recommend trying your new Haflinger shoes first on a carpeted surface to make sure they fit perfectly as we do not accept returned shoes that show signs of wear including scuffs, creases, stains (footbed) and soil. Damaged items will be returned to the client at their expense.
