This is my 3rd pair of Haflingers and I really love them. I wish it was easier to find them in retail stores though. My online shopping experience was excellent though as I had to return the 1st pair I bought due to the size being too large (my last pair was so well used the size wore off so I wasnt 100% sure what to choose. The company is proactive and includes a return shipping label! Koodos for great customer service!

Love my new slippers! Super comfortable! Had to return the first pair as they were too big but the return and reorder went smoothly.

Because my feet are always cold, I have been wearing felt clogs in the house year around for many years. I eventually wore my first pair (Haflinger) out and tried to save some money by replacing them with cheaper Chinese knockoffs. They were warm enough, but had a looser fit and started coming apart way too soon. I'm so glad I went back to Haflinger - they fit better (size was perfect), have better arch support, and are obviously much, much better made. They also arrived promptly and with a return label in case they didn't fit. I will be sticking with Haflinger for the rest of my life, no matter what they cost!

Third time lucky. These ones fit perfectly.
